A sagittal plane its own or half side of the body is not a complete version of your body. Take a look carefully at both sides. Noticing the smallest changes if any: when you have uneven body (hips, shoulders, arms...) or at the point that you can’t balance your body during exercises. These little things could lead you to more chances to be injured in your daily life if you not pay enough attention to it.
