Common mistakes in Pelvic Floor exercises

Whether you like it or not – Spinal movements and Pelvic floor movements – are always included in our classes based on their necessity and benefit.
To perform it properly, it is important to keep your form aligned.
Since we have seen a lot of common mistakes during the Pelvic Floor exercise, here are some big tips on improving the body placement for you to control your moves correctly.
- Don’t put weight on your neck
- Stabilize your head
- Engage your abs
- Re-adjust your position if needed.
